I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was trying to return a defective propane tank that they sold us. It had a faulty valve and it was something I didn't want to try and fix myself! The man working there was extremely rude to us, told us he didn't have time for us and that we had to come back and speak to the manager to return it. We nicely asked him why we would have to come back and he began to make insulting statements. We said something back commenting on his disrespectful tone and words. He started yelling violently at us to get out... it was terrifying and appalling to me. Later we called Blue Rhino (the propane company) and they said their policy is to accept all defective products, and provide a free replacement, no questions asked. The vendor will get their money back. We returned it to 7-11 down the street with no problem.
